Ligia is an Operating Partner based in Portugal and is our resident expert in Talent Acquisition.

With over 20 years of experience, including 12+ in the tech industry, she has led global Talent Acquisition strategies at hypergrowth companies, from early-stage startups to well established organizations, such as King (part of Activision Blizzard), Glovo, and Sword Health.

Currently, she leads a fully remote team as Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Tech & Product at Docplanner, leveraging data-driven insights to align talent strategies with the company’s mission to innovate in healthtech.
